Four things you should do in these next two months to prepare for 2023.
Can you believe it is already less than 60 days to the end of this year? My question for you is, what are you going to do with those days? These last 60 days are crucial to what kind of year you’re going to have next year. If you want to get out of the gate and make a good income in the first quarter, what you do in these next 60 days matters. Therefore, here are four things I believe you should focus on:
1. Work on your budget. Look at everything you spent this year and think about what you’re going to spend next year. That will help you get ready for your taxes and be intentional about next year’s spending.

2. Create a marketing plan. Think about it month by month, the first quarter at a minimum. What are you going to do for marketing and are there any dollar signs attached to that? That will also help with your budget. Figure out how you will market properties. and how you’ll market yourself.
3. Connect with your sphere of influence. Using the holidays is the easiest and most organic way to get in touch with people.
4. Get your first quarter business plan ready. It would be better if you do your whole year, but if you need to, start with the first quarter. Make sure you have your business plan in place and ready to go.
