It’s the time of year to start talking about business planning; can you believe it? I know that a lot of people hate the term “business planning,” but I can tell you personally that it has made a huge difference in my own business.
Having a clear path to reach your goals is extremely important. Business planning is not just about how much you want to make, and while it’s great to know that vital part of business planning, there’s more to it. For example, how do you get to those numbers? You need specific steps.
To help you with this, my team and I will be hosting a business planning meeting that anyone can attend. It will be here at our new office, 5711 Northwest Parkway, on November 2, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. At this event, we will give you an outline to strategically plan your year to make sure you reach your income goals. In addition, we’re going to give attendees an Excel file that will tell them about things like listings and buyers.
