Explaining what rights your buyer clients have in paragraph 6C.
Our topic today is paragraph 6C on the One to Four Family Contract. Keep in mind that if you check the first option for this paragraph, you’re asking the seller’s agent to provide you with the survey and the T-47 affidavit within the days allotted.
Many agents will say not to worry about it, since the seller will have to sign that T-47 at closing anyway, showing whatever changes have been made. However, if the seller failed to provide the survey in the time given, the buyer has the right to order a new survey.
